1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bdbdee website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bdbdee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and bdbdee ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the Platform. No oral representation, prior agreement, or conduct outside of these Terms shall vary or supplement them.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a bdbdee account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your own name.
• You must not have previously had a bdbdee account closed, suspended, or self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting purposes unless explicitly authorised in writing by bdbdee.

bdbdee reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification process.

3. Account Management and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bdbdee account. The existence of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdbdee will close all but the original account, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings accrued in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. bdbdee strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other service. You must notify bdbdee immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bdbdee will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to notify the Company in a timely manner or where the breach resulted from the Player's own negligence.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bdbdee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard (where applicable). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum single deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing: Verified accounts in good standing typically receive withdrawals within 5–30 minutes during operational hours. Processing times may extend to 24 hours during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bdbdee reserves the right to require this matching to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Fees: bdbdee does not charge players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are the player's responsibility.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdbdee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

bdbdee reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification (KYC/AML checks). Any suspected fraudulent transaction will be referred to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Spins

bdbdee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed on the promotion page.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at five times (5x) the original bonus value.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while another is active may result in the cancellation of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse: bdbdee uses automated and manual tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging, systematic bonus exploitation, and multi-accounting to claim the same bonus more than once. Where abuse is identified, bdbdee reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings and suspend the account.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on bdbdee — including slot machines, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds sourced directly from licensed game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as certified by the respective game studios and available on request.

Sports betting markets on bdbdee — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football (Bangladesh Premier League, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, FIFA), and other sports — are offered at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.

• bdbdee reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on a market that was suspended at the time of placement.
• In the event of a game or match being abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe specified by the relevant governing body, bdbdee's settlement rules for that specific market will apply. These are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over bdbdee is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Collusion between players in live poker or other multiplayer formats is prohibited and will result in disqualification and account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdbdee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. All registered players have access to a full suite of responsible gaming tools from within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. bdbdee strongly encourages all players to make use of these tools if they feel their gambling habits are becoming difficult to control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbdee Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bdbdee or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of bdbdee.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdbdee and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

bdbdee does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and factors outside bdbdee's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of some or all services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bdbdee processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. bdbdee does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to bdbdee's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bdbdee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdbdee will provide reasonable notice via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
